Founder Statement
Dikon Public Policy Group reflects my experience working inside nonprofit and government systems where strategic planning and effective implementation determine impact. For over a decade, I have led programs supporting housing stability, youth development, and community services.
I founded Dikon to bring operational discipline to policy work and to support organizations doing complex work under high accountability and limited margin for error.
